Frequently Asked Questions

You may NOT put paint, tires, television or computer monitors or any item containing Freon into the roll off containers. If you are unsure about a particular item, just ask. When you call in you will speak directly to our staff-no voicemail and no dialing an extension! Special arrangements can be made for prohibited items. Just ask us. 

If you need additional time, just send us an email or give us a call. We can extend your rental time by one day or for an additional week at a discounted rate. 

If you get done early, just give us a call and we will get it out of your way. Rental times are not prorated however, if you get done early. 

All dumpsters are weighed on an industry accepted scale upon pick up. If you should happen to exceed the included tonnage, we will notify you by phone to make payment arrangements for the over tonnage. We can also provide a copy of the scale ticket if requested. 

If you need to have your roll off dumpster placed in the street, you will need to obtain a permit from your local city street department before booking your dumpster. Once you have the permit, we can place the dumpster in the street.  

When loaded, roll off dumpsters can be very heavy. Dumpsters can cause indentations or cracks in asphalt or concrete driveways. If you are concerned about damage to your driveway and can provide a few pieces of plywood, our drivers are able to place the rollers on the dumpster on the plywood to assist in protecting your driveway from damage. Just ask us!

As with concrete or asphalt driveways, dumpsters placed in grassy areas can sink down into the yard when loaded leaving large ruts behind. Our drivers are very experienced in dumpster placement and can advise you on the best place to place the dumpster to minimize damage.

We require dumpster rental fees be paid at the time of delivery. You may pay the delivery driver with cash or check or you can pay over the phone with a credit or debit card when you place your order with our team. 

Central Waste LLC is proud to offer multiple payment options for our customers. If you cannot be present at the time of delivery, you can simply pay for the rental with a credit or debit card over the phone and provide placement instructions to our dispatch team along with a contact number in the event we have questions. We can then deliver at your convenience. 

We have several ways to assist you with documentation for our services to your insurance company. We can provide a quote in writing on letterhead before booking the dumpster directly to you or your insurance company. We can also provide you and your insurance company with a paid invoice detailing all charges at the end of your rental period once the dumpster has been weighed and any additional charges have been assessed. 

In order to safely take your waste to the landfill our drivers need to be able to place a tarp over the dumpster to keep debris from flying out while in transport. Dumpsters cannot be loaded any higher than level with the top of the can. If material is protruding over the top of the can you will be asked to remove some of the material before we can take the dumpster away.
